MiamiCoalition.com is part of the South Florida Capital Intelligence Network, operated by an eCorp venture. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Newsletter and alerts: your email address, the markets you pick, the page you signed up on, and a referral code if you arrived through one.
• Contact, introduction requests and professional applications: the name, email, market, message, firm, category and license number you enter.
• Referral links: your email and the code we issue you.
• Page views: the page path, the referring page, campaign tags in the link, your country as reported by our hosting provider, and whether the visit looked human or automated. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers. If you arrive with a referral link, your browser stores that code locally so we can credit the person who shared it.

Why we use it

• To send the emails you asked for, and only after you confirm your address.
• To answer you, and to make an introduction to a licensed professional only after you ask for it and we confirm the details with you.
• To count real readers separately from bots, and to credit referrals.

Who else handles it

Cloudflare hosts the network and checks forms for automated abuse. An email delivery provider sends our emails. We do not sell personal information. We share an introduction request with a professional only after you confirm you want the introduction.

Your choices

• Every email has an unsubscribe link that works in one click.
• To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, use the contact form and choose “Other”.

Retention

We keep subscriber records while you are subscribed and for a short period after you leave so we honor the unsubscribe. We keep inquiries as long as needed to answer them and for our records.

Changes

We will post changes here with a new effective date.
